Terms of service

1. Restrictions for advertising campaigns/ads

   Advertising Campaigns are subject to prior approval; campaigns in violation with these Terms of Service will be rejected or terminated. For possible clarification requests please contact us at support@matroxy.com;

   Restricted content includes, but is not limited to, the following:
   1. Any material that contain children or minors in adult or sexual situations;
   2. Any material that offers illegal products or services;
   3. Promotion of violence, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization;
   4. Promotion of fake documents, copied material, or paper mills;
   5. Any unauthorized use of third party trademarks that either creates a likelihood of confusion that consumers will believe the products or services originated from the trademark owner, or is likely to dilute the value of a known trademark;
   6. Promotion of drugs or any related paraphernalia;
   7. Promotion or implementation of unethical profiteering schemes;
   8. Promotion of illegal activities that infringes on the rights of others;
   9. Any content recognizable as malware potentially affecting Network, Partners or Users. Detection of such content within an Advertising Account deems it subject to immediate suspension and penalty fees in accordance with any direct or indirect damages caused;
2. Refund policy.
   1. Advertiser may request a refund of unused funds when all its Advertising Campaigns are ended in due order. Refund requests will be considered for approval only if received from the Advertiser’s e-mail provided during account registration.
   2. Failure to comply with these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or other terms and conditions agreed by the Parties makes Advertiser ineligible for a refund.
   3. Unused funds will be refunded in a manner separately designated by the Adextra.
3. Cancellations.

   Adextra may immediately terminate the Agreement and/or remove any Advertisements at any time at its sole discretion. matroxy.com will make commercially justified efforts to notify Advertisers and Third Parties via e-mail of any such termination or removal within a reasonably designated period of time. Advertiser may remove any Advertisements and/or terminate the Agreement at any time at its sole discretion, using the Administration Panel.
